About RahaMe

RahaMe lets you personalize your incoming calls with video ringtones. When someone calls you on ChatRaha, they may see a short video or animated screen instead of a standard ringtone.

To set a RahaMe:

1. Open ChatRaha.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap RahaMe.
4. Browse available creations or make one form templates.
5. Tap a creation to preview.
6. Tap Set as current.

Your selected RahaMe will play when someone calls you.

Can’t see RahaMe

If RahaMe is not showing during a call, try the following:

• Update the app Make sure you’re using the latest version of ChatRaha.

• Check your internet connection A weak or unstable network may prevent RahaMe from loading properly.

• Try calling again During the first call, RahaMe may not finish loading in time. Simply hang up and call again — it should display normally on the second attempt.
