App crash, freeze, or screen errors

If ChatRaha closes unexpectedly, freezes, or shows display issues, follow these steps.

Restart the app

• Close ChatRaha completely
• Reopen the app

On some devices, you may need to:

• Open recent apps
• Swipe ChatRaha away
• Reopen it

Restart your device

Restarting your phone can fix temporary system issues.

Check for updates

Make sure you’re using the latest version of ChatRaha.

Go to:

• Google Play Store (Android)
• App Store (iPhone)

If an update is available, install it.

Check your device storage

Low storage space may cause the app to crash or freeze.

Make sure you have at least 500MB

Delete unused apps or files if necessary.

Check your system version

Ensure your device is running a supported OS version:

• Android 7.0 or higher
• iOS 14.0 or higher

Older systems may not fully support the app.

Reinstall the app

If the issue continues:

1. Delete ChatRaha
2. Restart your device
3. Reinstall from the official app store
