Can't receive my SMS verification code

If you didn’t receive your verification code, try the following:

Check your phone number

Make sure:

• The country code is correct
• The phone number is entered correctly
• There are no extra spaces or missing digits

Wait a few minutes

• Wait the required time before requesting a new code.
• Don’t edit your number during this time.

Troubleshooting Registration Issues

• Make sure you’re using the latest version of ChatRaha.
• Confirm your phone meets all registration requirements.
• Restart your phone: turn it off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
• Test your reception: send an SMS from any phone to your number, including the country code.
