Can't receive notifications
If you’re not receiving message notifications, try the following:
Check your internet connection
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Check app notification permissions
On your device:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Select ChatRaha.
- Tap Notifications.
- Make sure notifications are enabled.
Also ensure:
- Lock screen notifications are allowed.
- Background data is enabled.
- Battery saver mode is not restricting ChatRaha.
Disable "Do Not Disturb" mode
If your device is in Do Not Disturb mode, notifications may be silenced.
Turn off Do Not Disturb in your device settings.
Check in-app notification settings
Go to:
Settings > Notifications
Make sure:
- Message notifications are enabled.
- Notification tone is not set to silent.
Update ChatRaha
Make sure you're using the latest version of ChatRaha.
Update Your phone system
Make sure you're using the latest version of the system.
