Can't send or receive messages
If you're having trouble sending or receiving messages, try the following:
Check your internet connection
- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Restart your router if necessary.
Update ChatRaha
Make sure you are using the latest version of ChatRaha from your app store.
Check device storage
If your device is low on storage space:
- Delete unused apps or media.
- Restart your phone.
Check if you are blocked
If you see “The message was rejected by the receiver” after sending a message, it likely means that the user has blocked you.
Still not working?
Try:
- Restarting your phone.
- Reinstalling ChatRaha (⚠️ This may delete local chat history).
