Network connection issues
If you see:
- “Network unstable”
- “Network error”
- Messages are not sending
Try the following:
Switch networks
- Change from Wi-Fi to mobile data
- Or from mobile data to Wi-Fi
Disable VPN
Some VPNs may affect connection stability.
Check data restrictions
Make sure ChatRaha is allowed to use:
- Background data
- Mobile data
Check this in:
Device Settings > Apps > ChatRaha > Data usage (Wireless Data)
