Network connection issues

If you see:

  • “Network unstable”
  • “Network error”
  • Messages are not sending

Try the following:

Switch networks

  • Change from Wi-Fi to mobile data
  • Or from mobile data to Wi-Fi

Disable VPN

Some VPNs may affect connection stability.

Check data restrictions

Make sure ChatRaha is allowed to use:

  • Background data
  • Mobile data

Check this in:

Device Settings > Apps > ChatRaha > Data usage (Wireless Data)
