Seeing "Your account was logged in on a new device"

If you see a message that your account was logged in on a new device:

This may mean:

• You logged in on another phone.
• Someone else has access to your verification code.

What to do:

1. Verify that it was you.

2. If not:

   • Log out from other devices
   • Reinstall and verify your number again.
   • Do not share your SMS code with anyone.

If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact support immediately.
